ot, talented R&B singer/songwriter JP is bursting on the scene with his blazing new single, “Breathe.” Coming to us from Miami, JP has what it takes to commandeer the R&B charts. His new single is amazing, with great lyrics and an awesome sound.

“Breathe” starts out with a hot beat that immediately gets your head bobbing. JP then comes in with his smooth, silky vocals that are on par with artists such as Ne-Yo and Trey Songz. The chorus is catchy; it is loaded with lots of oh-oh-oohs and emotional lyrics. JP sings about breaking up with his girlfriend and realizing he made a mistake. His superb skill as a lyricist is evident in the rhyming vocals. He ties the backing beat (which sounds like a heart thumping) in with lyrics about how he can hear his ex girlfriend’s heart crying out for him. JP also brings the sexy back with the whispered lyrics that break up the song in the middle; his voice is sensual and sultry– something for the ladies to get excited over. “Breathe” is a song with all of the R&B ingredients, and would work well on the radio and on any of the music video channels.

JP is a talented artist with great vocal ability and music writing skill. His new single “Breathe” is testament to what he is capable of. It has a hot beat, great lyrics, and smooth vocals.
